If information is needed about return filings or open assessments, it's available to the business online!
Where can corporation tax information be found online?
In its Online Services account, a business can obtain a Consolidated Statement of Tax Liabilities showing its outstanding assessments, as well as review its account for outstanding returns.
To obtain a statement, the business must:
- Log in to its Business Online Services account.
- Select the ≡ Services menu in the upper-left corner of the Account Summary homepage.
- Select Payments, bills and notices, then choose View and print your statement from the expanded menu.
- At the bottom of Consolidated Statement page, select Print.
To review for outstanding returns, the business must:
- Scroll down to the Filings and payments section of its Account Summary homepage, then select Corporation tax.
- Review each tax year to determine whether a return is on file for every filing period displayed.
- Any returns filed for the selected period will display. If no returns are on file, a status message will alert you. Print each liability period page for your records.
